It is also nice to know that many of the "higher-ups"/managers and sales people have worked their way up through the organization.

I get to take ownership of my area. I am responsible for making improvements and encouraged to do so. I have always been treated fairly and feel most if not all feel the same.

What impresses you most about senior management's understanding of what is happening in this organization?

They stay in tune with the economy and how it could impact the company and employees, and they are always looking towards the future and what is best for RACO.

It is a wonderful company to work for. They really care/ appreciate all of their employees. Everyone is treated like family and steps up when there is a situation when people really need support.

What does your manager do well?

My manager takes time to listen to what we have to say. He wants to be involved not only in the business part of our lives but also the lives outside of the four walls.

What aspects of your benefits package do you find most valuable?

I'm glad the company has a 401K plan, health & dental plan, aflac plan. The company goes out of it's way to offer us all of the great plans a larger company does.

What excites you about the direction this organization is taking?

They are always looking for new products to add, to keep the orders coming in.

They always look at the bigger picture and I'm just amazed at where we have been, where we are now and I'm looking forward to the future working for them.

What makes you feel appreciated at this organization?

Seeing our people work as a unit, and having every member respond positively to do their job and be accountable tells me I am part of this team.

I learn something new everyday, and everyday is different - never the same. The people are nice, friendly, considerate, and courteous.

The owners of the company. They are very personal - they make it easy for you to want to come in every day and give 110%

Opportunities I have been given as a manager. I love the products, technology and solutions we provide.

Pleasant environment to work in. Team work is apparent in every area. Lots of positive things going on all the time.

The organization is going in a direction that I already had interest in building my skill set in.

Through working on the various projects that I do, I have gained a wealth of knowledge.

Manages the department great, keeps us informed, the door is always open for us.

Interesting facts about RACO include: We celebrated our 20th year in business in 2008. Our first employee and several of the first 10 employees are still working at RACO today. RACO was voted one of Ohio's Best Employers in 2007, 2008 taking 5th and 6th place respectively. RACO's voluntary turnover for 2009 was 3.61% Our first approved iPhone and Android application MobileCoupons.com was created in 2009. Our head count actually increased in 2009 despite the down economy, up 3% from 2008. Over 7,200 businesses made a purchase from RACO in 2009 in our 2 main divisions We support our own operating infrastructure. RACO's Open Motion has deployed over 1 billion mobile page views over the last 6 years.
